New edition of El abrevadero de los dinosaurios
El abrevadero de los dinosaurios, one of the most acclaimed titles by Daína Chaviano, which has been out-of-print for many years, will be relaunched in Spain on November 2017 by Huso.
The 70 short stories that comprise the book constitute a unique universe where humans and dinosaurs —the latter now changed into a civilization that has managed to survive its extinction in a parallel dimension— try to coexist, but prejudices, taboos and continuous misunderstandings prevent it.
Issued for the first time in Cuba, in 1990, it was the last title this author published on her native country before moving to the United States. Almost immediately, the book became a cult piece within the island.
